Rosh Chodesh Adar I

Join Rabbi Jessica for some morning movement and meditation as we welcome the first of this year’s (5782) two Adars. Adar I is the month we add seven times in nineteen years to recalibrate Judaism’s lunar calendar to attune to the seasons.
